Signing In
Go to app.cevro.ai and enter your email and password.After signing in, you’ll land on your Analytics dashboard. If you were trying to reach a specific page, you’ll be redirected there automatically.
Password Requirements
Your password must meet all of the following:| Requirement | Detail |

| Minimum length | 8 characters |
| Lowercase letter | At least 1 (a–z) |
| Uppercase letter | At least 1 (A–Z) |
| Digit | At least 1 (0–9) |
| No username | Password cannot contain your email address |
Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password:Go to the login page
Navigate to app.cevro.ai.
Check your inbox
You’ll receive an email with a password reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Set a new password
Click the link in the email, enter your new password (must meet the requirements above), confirm it, and submit.
Account Lockout
To protect your account from unauthorized access, Cevro locks your account after 5 failed login attempts. The lockout lasts 5 minutes, after which you can try again. A successful password reset also unlocks your account immediately.Creating an Account
Cevro accounts are created by invitation. A workspace Admin invites you via email, and you’ll receive a link to set up your account.Complete your profile
Enter your first name, last name, phone number, and choose a password that meets the requirements above.

Email Verification
When you sign up for a new workspace (not via team invite), you’ll receive a verification email. Click the link to verify your email address before you can sign in. If you don’t receive the verification email:- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes — email delivery can sometimes be delayed
