The Do Not Automate toggle lets you deactivate a specific AI Procedure (AIP) without deleting it. When an AIP is deactivated, Cevro will not classify incoming tickets into that procedure — the AIP is effectively skipped during routing.Documentation Index

When to Use This
- Seasonal procedures — Deactivate a promotion-specific AIP after the promotion ends, reactivate it later.
- Work in progress — Keep a draft AIP in your workspace without it handling live traffic.
- Temporary pause — Disable an AIP that needs instruction updates without affecting other procedures.
Deactivating an AIP does not delete it. Your instructions, tools, and configuration are preserved and ready to reactivate at any time.
How to Toggle
Open the AI Procedure
Navigate to the AIP you want to deactivate from the AI Procedures page.
Use the active toggle
In the top-right corner of the AIP editor, toggle the activation switch off. The AIP will stop receiving new tickets immediately.
Per-brand control
If you use brand variants, you can deactivate an AIP for a specific brand while keeping it active for others. Open the brand variation and toggle it independently.
What Happens to Existing Tickets
Deactivating an AIP only affects new incoming tickets. Any tickets already in progress under that AIP will continue to completion normally.Relationship to Other Settings

|---|---|
| Do Not Automate (this page) | Stops the AIP from receiving new tickets |
