How It Works
When a player sends an image through a supported channel (web widget, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.), Cevro:- Receives the image as part of the conversation
- Analyzes the visual content using built-in AI vision capabilities
- Uses that information to respond appropriately
Common Use Cases
Deposit verification Player submits a screenshot of their bank transfer. Cevro can read transaction details and compare them against expected deposit information. Error troubleshooting Player shares a screenshot of an error message. Cevro can read the error text and provide relevant guidance. Game screenshots Player shares a screenshot of gameplay. Cevro can see game elements, balances, or win amounts displayed on screen.Writing Instructions for Image Handling
