Cevro can analyze images that players submit during conversations. When a player attaches a screenshot or photo, Cevro sees and understands the content—useful for verifying deposits, checking error messages, or understanding visual context.

How It Works

When a player sends an image through a supported channel (web widget, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.), Cevro:
  1. Receives the image as part of the conversation
  2. Analyzes the visual content using built-in AI vision capabilities
  3. Uses that information to respond appropriately
No special configuration is needed—image analysis is built into the platform.

Common Use Cases

Deposit verification Player submits a screenshot of their bank transfer. Cevro can read transaction details and compare them against expected deposit information. Error troubleshooting Player shares a screenshot of an error message. Cevro can read the error text and provide relevant guidance. Game screenshots Player shares a screenshot of gameplay. Cevro can see game elements, balances, or win amounts displayed on screen.

Writing Instructions for Image Handling

You can reference image analysis in your AIP instructions:
If the player submits a screenshot of a bank transfer:
- Look for the transaction amount, date, and reference number
- Compare against @depositHistory
- Confirm if the deposit was received

If the image doesn't contain expected information:
- Ask the player to submit a clearer screenshot
- Explain what details you need to see
