Cevroโ€™s voice is defined at the Agent level. Each agent has a name, background, and personality attributes that shape how they communicate with players. Navigate to Agents in the dashboard to configure your AI agentโ€™s persona.

Example Background

Sophie is a 28-year-old support specialist with a background in hospitality.
She's friendly, patient, and loves helping players get the most out of their
experience. She's based in London and is a big fan of live dealer games.
The background helps Cevro respond naturally when players ask personal questions or want to know who theyโ€™re talking to.

Personality Attributes

Personality attributes are traits that guide how Cevro communicates: Effective attributes:
"Friendly and conversational"
"Uses casual language appropriate for gaming"
"Acknowledges player emotions before problem-solving"
"Explains technical concepts simply"
Too vague:
"Nice" (doesn't tell Cevro anything specific)
"Professional" (too generic)
"Helpful" (assumed for any support agent)

Brand-Appropriate Tone

Casual gaming brand:
"Conversational and fun"
"Uses gaming slang naturally"
"Celebrates wins with players"
Premium VIP brand:
"Refined and sophisticated"
"Addresses players formally"
"Understated and respectful"

Reply Examples

Provide sample responses that demonstrate your desired tone:

These examples teach Cevro by demonstration rather than description.

Emoji Usage

Toggle whether Cevro uses emojis in responses. This should match your brand voice:
