The Overview page is your daily check-in. It surfaces the highest-impact insights across your support operation in a single screen — designed so a Head of CS or operator can answer “is anything on fire?” in 30 seconds. URL: https://app.cevro.ai/insights

Insight Hero

At the top of the page is a rotating carousel of auto-generated insights. Each card contains a headline, a short body explaining what’s happening (with numbers), the related topic, and a small trend chart. Cards are color-coded:

Click Explore this further → on any insight to open the Conversations Modal pre-filtered to the underlying tickets.
Use the left/right arrows to flip between insights.

KPI Cards

Four top-level numbers summarize the last 30 days:

Sentiment PositiveShare of tickets where the player tone was positive or neutral
Sentiment NegativeShare of tickets where the player tone was negative or frustrated
Avg CSATCustomer satisfaction score across rated conversations
For arbitrary date ranges and brand filtering, jump to Drivers.

Conversation Flow

A Sankey diagram showing how tickets distribute across categories and what happened to them (Resolved / Delegated / Escalated). Use the Group flow by dropdown above the chart to switch the left axis between:
  • Theme — the broadest grouping
  • Need — mid-level player intent
  • Problem — specific leaf-level scenarios
Click any node to drill into its tickets via the Conversations Modal.

When to Use This Page

  • Daily standup — the hero carousel is designed to be the one slide a CS lead shows in standup
  • Weekly review — compare KPI values against the prior period
  • Reactive triage — a critical insight in the hero usually beats waiting for an alert from elsewhere
